ABOUT US
-
We build resident-led systems in workforce development, community support, and wellness that position DC families to succeed and lead society.
-
A DC where families shape inclusive systems that expand opportunity, moving from reactive response to proactive care.
-
Too many DC families face barriers to stability and growth. Systems designed to support them are often fragmented, inaccessible, or created without community leadership. The result is persistent inequities in employment, housing, wellness, and neighborhood connection. Without intergenerational structures linking adults and youth, opportunities for mentorship and cultural continuity are lost.
-
202 Commons builds resident-led foundations across workforce, community, and wellness. By connecting families with resources, skills, and spaces, we create pathways for stability, shared growth, and mobility that are designed and sustained by the people most impacted.

President
Asia F. Bryant is a DC native and first-generation college graduate who has built her career as a strategist and program manager with over eight years of experience across government, consulting, real estate, and fashion. She has led complex initiatives at NASA, the FAA, and Boston Consulting Group, consistently proving her ability to design processes, manage teams, and deliver measurable outcomes. Her cross-industry work includes automating operations at NASA, supporting client strategy at BCG, launching aviation safety frameworks, independently flipping a home, and managing fashion manufacturing from design through fulfillment.
Living with a disability has sharpened her understanding of how systems, environments, and access shape outcomes. Asia’s commitment to social responsibility runs deep. She has raised funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, organized drives for shelters, and coordinated resources for protest initiatives. For her, this work is not only professional but also personal. She is determined to use her experience and perspective to expand opportunities, build lasting systems, and create pathways that allow families across DC to move forward together.
